In December 2021, I had been promised by one of the country club agent that Membership for whole of my family shall be done for INR 28, 000, stating that a scheme by Country club is going on. Thus, for INR 25, 000 he swiped the credit card and for the balance 3, 000 he took it in his personal account with the promise that entire membership fees is covered in this. However, in the country club app amount of INR 5, 000 is still shown as payable towards membership fees which is erroneous. My member number is CCMU280VIP5LB66582 - Riddhesh Minesh Shah.
Further, he also promised us that AMC fees for 5 years shall be done in INR 10, 000 thus we paid INR 10, 000 again to his personal account toward member ship fees for 5 years. However, he has paid AMC only for 2 years (i.e., till March 2024) which is again erroneous. The AMC fees has been paid by us till March 2027.
I request your help for the following:
i. make the membership fees due to Nil as entire fees has been paid.
ii. provide challan for AMC till March 2027 as the same has already been paid.
