Country Club Vacations Hyderabad — Want a refund of membership

Address: 6-6-1219/A,4th & 5th floor, Begumpeth, Hyderabad.

I had taken country club membership and paid amc for more than 5 years.But I was unable to avail a single holiday. Most of the times the property was never available, there is no responsible employee who can answer my queries and complaints.Thed higer authorities at Hyderabad officer are never available to talk to.The staff always has the same excuse that they are in a meeting. I am literally fed up because of this unprofessional behaviour and not interested in continuing the membership any more.
Hence I am looking for a refund of the membership. Looking forward for a fruitful and positive response.
