Sir my name is akash giri before I worked in country inn Hotel bhiwadi, Rajasthan in 2015.

As per the subject I am requesting miss das (HR) for approve my banking details in pf account. She promise me to do this within 7 days but still she didn't do.
Even she don't reply to my messages.
It's not good for your ex employees. M belong to a very poor family. This small amount can be help to my family.
But don't know why she is not understanding the problems of ex employee who is poor.
Feeling very sad.
I request please tell her to approve my banking details.
They are rich maybe that's why they are not understanding the problems of poor people.

Even they have to understand that what is the situation is going on during this Pendamic.
M not begging, m just requesting for my amount. Whoever reading this please it's my humble request plz forward this to country inn suites, bhiwadi Rajasthan.

CHIS customer experience is very pathetic.
Whenever we have to go on holidays I start chasing them 30 days back for first two weeks they don’t respond, then they give some hotels which are available online at just 2-3000/night and have a very poor reviews.
They hardly pick up their customer care phone numbers and hardly reply to the emails.
Every time we have to burn our heart and souls to book holidays and some how if we manage to get the stay the experience of property is very bad.
It seems we are left with two option either dime a suit to get refund or refuse our standard of holiday experience and keep begging the highly unprofessional & unethical employees of CHIS every year…
Taking their membership was the worst decision in holiday’s spending so far..
Can someone show us the way to get out of this painful situation??

This is fraud company they are cheaters at time of package he make fake promise now he is not responding any call and customer care no is always offf i called 40 times but not worked

Recently I had contact with CC team about the shimla Property. But there was no availability as per the huge demand of holidays there.
I have visited many places with CHIS. It's a nice experience but this time. I'm hurted.

Kindly resolve this ASAP.

I had a querry and I reached CHIS executives for the same that I need to spend holidays in hill stations like Shimla, Manali. The availability is not available for a long time due high demand in the location.

I need an urgent discussion over the same.

Mr. Gaurav from Reservations I think. He told me that don't recommend Membership of CHIS to anyone. I'm recommending you Something Westin Holidays which is coming with a great holiday offers.

It's been a year, I took the membership. At the time of taking membership, they verbally communicated many benefits, including rooms with breakfast, 2 rooms adjustment in a day from the days available but nothing in actuality. Now, every time they say breakfast is additional, 2 rooms cannot be booked in a day despite asking them to adjust from membership days.
Besides, we cannot plan in advance any vacation as they book hotels 25-30 days in advance only, if I have to book my flight and am not sure of the hotel whether I will get the desired property I end up booking a hotel on my own directly which again so frustrating. Also, they don’t have properties across locations which is again shocking.

I want my amount to be refunded.

Already submit one complaint but I got calls and they promise me to give rooms for proffered location and hotel. But still no confirmation given. I already book hotels from goibibo site. I don’t think they will give me any room in future . Any good hotel is either sold out or not in their list. At the time of membership the confirm that they will give 4 star or 5 star hotel only and the hotels they show during presentation is not available in their list. I request please refund my money . I don’t want this membership. Response is very slow to book any room we need 15-20 days. Without any booking they told me to mention this issue as resolve. I request please stop they to sell this product this is totally wastage of money.

My ID is CHISPH 773170. I took this membership around 4 yrs back. First booking i took immediately alongwith the payment so that was good. But after that There is always one or other excuse ready with them for not providing a property.

Even while getting the membership i was promised to provide two rooms in case of need by adjusting the days pending or due. but now they refused to do so. As while getting the membership my kids are below 6 and now they are above 6. and now they are forcing to provide another room on tariff basis only. Which is unjustified.

But after that they only provide property in off season and the one which is available online through other sites at a much lower price. There is always one or other excuse ready with them for not providing a property.

At the time of purchasing membership, i was informed that room can be booked 3 to 7 days prior. Then it became 15days prior without informing. Now i asked for hotel in dubai 25 days prior and the reply was " out of country should be 1 month prior"

1 month back i asked for booking at any location in himachal 30 days prior. There reply now is that no property is available due to some renewal of agreement issues. When i posted a review on internet, i got a call that i will be provided a booking. But after repeated calls and emails its still nothing.

I want this company should be stopped from looting people and my money should be refunded. I have most of the emails and copy of agreement. Please help

While giving membership they confirm me that they will provide 2 Rooms and for first booking they give me 2 rooms after that it is very difficult for me contact them. They Pick Phone very rarely response on Email is very Poor.

They charge for Extra room and breakfast .

My 60 night and 70 days still pending i need refund

One more complaint I want to file. The response that we get is not up to the mark. We get the mail response in next day. It should be a promy responsive team.

I am a member since 2020. My membership ID is CHISAPK985424. As per the advice I can the booking in Tree Houses. But the booking team denied as per the availibility. I want the booking in Kerala in Tree House.
If not available now. Kindly make it available in the next month.

I got the mail from Consumer Compalint's side that my complaint has been forwarded. But I got no response from the sales team or team. I called the sales person as well but they advised to contact the customer care.

The call I got yesterday was not well discussed. I got the call someone from CHIS. She asked me for the experience in pror trips. The call was good but instead of calling for the booking in africa they called me for feedback. This is not the way.

CHIS Team Kindly update your client status for better communication.

I am a member of CHIS since 2019. My membership ID is CHISDLSA758695. I took several trips around the world. This time my father wants to visit Africa. I called the booking team and they denied as there's no property there. Kindly confirm me the same. make it possible for the travelers to visit such hot destinations as well.

This is a serious issue. kindly have a look and revert back ASAP.

I am member of CHIS since 2017. I a 30 years premium member. I got booking in domestic for many times. But This time I want my holiday in Africa but due to some issues the properties are not available.
I request CHIS to bring back better properties in Africa as it's very beautiful place.

Hi Team,

I had made a payment of Rs. 5000 as token money for membership plan, subject to getting written offer confirmation and satisfaction with regards to the agreement.

The screen shot of payment is attached. Your sales representative has promised that it will get refunded if I am not availing the plan. Screenshot attached for your reference.

The agreement has not been executed. Hence request you to refund the amount back to my account or reverse the same.

Need refund for 80k INR which i deposited in 2018 and have got no services from the team despite of multiple discussions.
