Despite the fact that I am a CHIS member and have already paid the AMC for the following three years, they won't give me a reservation for one night in a hotel in Gurgaon. something I find difficult to comprehend. Reason they have provided is that they have internal issues and location is closed.

I've had a lot of problems making reservations in the past as well.

1. They will provide 1 or 2 list of available properties and you need to keep on asking for next properties and they will list of 3 start properties.

2. I have to follow up a lot for reservations.
They compel us to eat breakfast or dinner in exchange for a fee. If you don't compel, then they will not provide reservation.

2. Change of hotel from 5 star to 3 star just hour before reaching hotel and even not informing us they have cancelled booking at 5 Star hotel.

3. For days they won't reply to booking reservation request and then they will give reply in late evening and in case if you reply to that mail, expect to get reply next day from them. That's how they try to deny booking.

4. I have asked for reservation in Gurgaon city for 1 night in 5 star hotel for 30 July and today is 11 July and they are saying they cannot provide reservation as they have internal issues. What is this internal issue for a specific location, i don't understand? For next 30 days they cannot provide reservation in any of the 5 star properties.

If problem is not resolved, I'll take legal route as no option is left and my money is not free which you can take and provide no service.

Purchased their package of domestic tours in October 2021 and i already had paid 110000
And now when i am booking my complementary holiday package of goa for 3N/4D they are showing me options which are only 3 star and when I ask them to book Mayfair hotel they saying the same exact story of agreement renewal, i tried to book three times and they hadn't listed Mayfair hotel as their active property instead of which they are giving me some cheap options.
Now I am not willing to continue my agreement with CHIS.
I hadn't used even a single night from their packages neither complementary nor from holiday packages .
Dear CHIS i am very unhappy to see this kind of behaviour from your end, when you can't stand on your promises of providing 5 star 4 star properties to the customer then dont do such false promises . It's our hard earned money which we hadn't invested in your company thinking that it will make our holidays hassle-free and enjoyable instead of which we are suffering.
Kindly initiate our refund we don't want to continue our services.

This is a big fraud company. They promised me in Feb they are going to refund my money within 60 working days. After 60 working days, they promised me a new date, and then again a new date, and so on. I have so many emails from them where they are just giving me a new date every time for a refund. The owners of this company are doing this intentionally.Their Legal advisor, owner of company and Customer care team has stopped responding to my emails and calls now. Gang of conmans

This fraud company is asking their people to post issues on this consumer complaint forum so they can mark them resolved and then increase their resolved count. Feeling pity for the employees of this company who is getting misguided by management and doing all these fraud practices,

I had a query regarding booking. I reached customer care for the resolution but didn't get a proper response. Reservations is good but in case o[censored]rgency there's jo support. Kindly have a look into it.

I have used first trip to manal in June and please find the feedback below.

1 Hotel has refused to give room to us as they didn't get the payment from chis, it was a drastic situation that I have never faced before.
2 Property was not cleaned at all, lots of dust and spiders was there in the room.
3 Service in this property was like hell, asked for one thing and staff forgot the call.
4 location was so bad, was not able to enjoy weather.
5 There was no activities which children can enjoy. It was zero.
6 Grand attic room, which was very small.
7 measure point is Food, it's was pathetic in taste.

Now just let me know one big question.
Is this the level of CHIS property, this is what we expect from chis in future. when I purchased this memberships it was presented like 5* heaven properties with lots of activities for children and the adult but the problems I have mentioned above it was like we have spend our days in hell.

Even I am feeling like I have wasted my money in CHIS.I want to take back my money from chis because in future I am scared to use Property by CHIS.

Chis is a fraud.company... dont take their trip packages. I had a very bad experience with them. They tool 47000 as half payment and then covid comes. After covid, one of their customer care person called me and said your package is deactivated and asked me to pay 5000 for reactivation. I paid them 5000 for 6 months reactivation but in again they deactivated my account only after 5 months and asking for more money. When i refused, their customer care person of noida branch talked very rudely with me and now i cannot access my account. They are just looting people and doing fraud.. this company is based on fraudsters... They will never grow like this... all employees of CHIS and the owner will never live a peaceful life after looting and doing fraud with others money. They will pay for their cheat and scam. Please beware of their schemes and fraud plans.

They call you for taking membership and once you have taken they are not going to give you any service, I am not getting any booking even after a lot of email and call..service is very bad

I have taken holiday membership for the company but when I asked them for a trip in Goa they said currently we have no options available...

Ad a members I want a clear view of listed properties but somehow it's not available on website or application. while having booking, we have go for email to the customer care then customer care to reservations. This is a long process we have to follow instead of doing just one click over the application. So kindly update your technical team for the same.

I wanted to take the package deal of Chis. I had raised my query to Customer care but didn't get any response. Is this a right thing to not serving a client?

If not then contact me ASAP.

I have visited places but the property should be updated. New properties should be added. They took the price of 5 star but we are getting not that much good. I want to have great service and accommodation as the amount given to them. Kindly do it or this will be an issue.

CHIS ko aone members k alawa v packages dene chahiye. Members ko fayda milta hai fir other public ko v deni chahiye. I enquired about the same but I didn't get any response. The reservation team denied about the packages so they should arrange some process for the same. As everyone can't go for membership.

I am a member since 2019. Maine kafi kuchh use kiya hai. Kafi property me visit kiya stay kiya. But somehow mujhe reservation me Kahi na Kahi dikkat aati hai. Most of the time Maine issues face kiye Hain. App se booking ki issue aati hai. Wo v resolve kro aap.
This is humble request.

For the booking we have to face many issues. For the last time I had put my query for the same. But I didn't get any response. The booking is always going through emails why not through app.

Kindly update this so that we can use it effectively.

I am a happy member of CHIS since 2020 but in case of property availability in UK this time. I am facing a little issue. Last time in Shimla you took the property. I had a great time in Shimla with the staffs and services. Kindly look into this concern and update me as soon as possible. It will be a great help as it will benefit me as a membership holder.

They are never going to return your money themselves.

We Took The Membership Plan On May 2022. It’s With Utmost Dissatisfaction And Frustration I Am Writing This. Mr Manish / Miss Muskan And Mr Khurshid Which Was Sales Manager At CHIS Noida Forced Us To Avail The Services. A Whole Lot Of T&C Are Put Before Us On Both Voucher And Membership Nights Which At The Time Of Selling Were Never Mentioned. At The Timing Of Selling They Assured Us That We Don't Have To Pay A Single Penny And About AMC/ASF Said It Is Included In The Membership Fee And The Amount Has Already Been Deducted Hence We Need Not Pay Any Amount For The Year But Now When I Received The Welcome Call Them, Then Costumer-Care Executive Start Explaining About AMC Charges 8000/-INR Will Pay For Every Trip.
I Am Writing A Mail To Customer Care For Cancellation The Membership And They Are Saying Its Not A Valid Reason To Cancel The Membership.

The service of this company is very pathetic, They give false promises and vouchers they provide are totally fake. These vouchers are just to attract you to buy membership. You will not be able to redeem these vouchers at all as they have put lot of clauses. And if you are lucky enough to redeem these vouchers which is 1 % chance, you will only get 10% of the value, like say hotel accommodation first they will provide you location which you don't want to go then they will charge you 70-80% of the hotel night charges in the name o[censored]tility charges. flight vouchers worth 5000 rs they will just offer 1000rs and that also you will not be able to redeem they have many excuses like technical issues, limited time duration.
