i am a teacher. i already gave complaint to you. i got housing lone no LBDD[protected]. in the year 2004. ICICI lost my original document . RBI Chennai, Banking Ombudsman ([protected]@rbi.org.in)gave last date is august 15th. it passed august 15th still ICICI bank not give original document and recreated document. again and again they doing wrong things... 1.they never give any intimation or letter to us, vice ...compensation,recreation,deed closing,etc... 2.fraudulently they created as my address is 48,ashok nagar,dindigul.6. they sent letters to this address at July 7th. BUT my original address is 1/766,ponnagaram, natham road, dindigul.3 They know this,because hear only my house is built, also ICICI s/b account,ICICIhousing account are maintained this address. 3.i never use ICICI S/B account past 20 months. they deposited automatically 25,000 as (token???) compensation with out any intimation or apology letter to me. sir /mam , please kindly consider my case as early as possible to get back my original document and bulk amount of compensation. thanking you .     Dear Sir/ Madam, I k.thribhneswar reddy having a saving icici account in your bank at anantapur branch, andhra pradesh. My account no. is[protected]. my friend deposited 3465rs. today from another branch. You have deducted 165rs(ANW-Chrgs :150 S-Tax :15). The guy who opened my account told me that till 50, 000rs if we deposit, there will be no charges and we can have no. of transactions from anywhere, but should be within India . So please do take correct action against this deduction and deposit the deducted money as soon as possible.

        Sir i have applied for credit card from month of April this year at sakchi branch near Ms. Nitya sinha . I had completed all the formality And also submitted required document Asked by bank executive. But after 4 month still i am not receiving any credit card not getting any status from your bank executive.

          Hello Sir,

          On 27th July ICICI deducted 4500 from my account with description RVSL NFS TXN-4214 DT 13.06.13.
          Yesterday ICICI deducted 28.09 rupees twice with description as POSDEC CHG/29-07-13/1504/25ST3.

          I have tried to call Customer care several times which has cost me hundred bucks but no response from there.
          This is a salary account .
          This seems totally unfair and unprofessional from their side. I want my money back with proper explanation or i will have to file a complaint in district court.
          I didn't expect such worse service from ICICI.
          Please solve my issue .

            We (me & ICICI Bank representative) negotiated on phone for the full & final settlement of dues in my credit card account.
            We settled at Rs.45000/- (Rs. Forty five thousand only) in three equal installments of Rs.15000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand Each).Before i pay my first installment, i confirmed from their customer care office that if they have issued a letter for my full and final settlement & their answer was yes. So i paid my Rs.15000/- by cheque, which was debited from my bank account next day.
            After two days i received a call from their representative, he told me that the amount which i paid cannot be considered as a part of full & final settlement as due principle amount is higher & i have to re negotiate by visiting their office otherwise this will create problems in my home loan (from the icici bank)whenever i make my final payment for home loan if i don't re negotiate as the credit card & home loan taken from the same bank.
            I hope you have understood my problem & expecting help from yourself.

            Every thing mentioned was right i and my freinds were also been facing same problem . we gonna file a case against the icici brand of cheating, and fraudness made by them
            I had the evidence of fraud made by the Icici . No one has given us proper solution, now i alone will solve it.I will sue in the court of law for objecting, fraud & cheat.
            I had the following evidences
            1)Newspaper Advertisement made by the Icici Stating 100% placements in banks after the successful completion of course
            2)Counter file at the time admission in to the course
            3)Study material by them during the couse
            4)My successful passout certificate
            5)Offer letter given at the time of recruitment

            ICICI — A complete fraud

            I have done my Graduation from P.G.College, Sec'bad along with Icici ad on Banking Course from the Nizam college Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh in the year 2008.
            Coming to this Icici Banking ad on course, it was brought forward by Icici and Osmania University(OU) with an object of training students through the banking syllabus framed by Icici with assurance of 100% placements in Branch Banking after successful pass out. I along with my freinds had joined by paying Rs6000 each in the form of DD favouring the icici.After the duration of 9 months we had successfully completed the course and then itself we completed our interview where we came to know about the fraud played by the icici .They were diverting us to BPO, to which it was against to their promise made for Banch Banking . We were been cheated, humilated, by the icici. We want the justice ... who was responsible we are still waiting for it

            ICICI Bank — Fruad IN my Credit Card

            I want my card to be closed they sad sir plz make the pament in to EMI one in cash and another by check of Rs.3500 i made it both and the gave me sattement letter and to recpit of cash and check but the person who came to my house to collect cash and check hav doposited cash Rs.3000 only and now its been almost 18 months bank call me to dosposit money and all the time i give the letter's and recipt no so tell me what i do.

            My name is BALJIT SINGH. My residence is in ROHINI New Delhi.
            I was using credit card (no. [protected]) of icici bank, We settled for due payment so that I can get NOC from this bank.
            The agreed amount for final settlement was Rs.45000/-(Rs.Forty Five Thousand Only) & agreed to pay in three installments of Rs. 15000/- Each. Before I pay my installment by cheque (Already debit to my a/c in axis bank) I confirm from customer care department that letter has been issued for the settlement. Then I gave cheque for the payment.
            After two days I got a call from the bank that the payment which I paid is not for the full & final settlement & I have to renegotiate for the final settlement.
            So, now am totally shocked after that call.
            Please help me to get justice because in my books the way bank has responded, it is completely a case of cheating.

                    Hi,

                    I have an ICICI Bank account for the past 5 years. I was supposed to swipe Rs. 200/- for filling petrol for my car. By mistake they swiped Rs. 300/- instead Rs. 200/-. I had balance of Rs. 294/-. They said the transaction has declined for Rs. 300/-. I told him to swipe Rs.200 once again. Second time he swiped for Rs. 200/- it has accepted and deducted Rs. 200- from my account. After 2 days ICICI bank has deducted some charges as usual for petrol filling. After 5 days they have deducted Rs. 28.09/- from account automatically. I have called customer care and narrated about what has really happened. They simply told me that they will deduct some amount for declined transaction also. which is shocking for me. So, be aware of our private banks and let us not lose our money to them. If anyone made mistake also we will be in trouble.

                    Always government banks are safe and our money is also safe.

                    Hence forth, i have decided not to do any transaction from ICICI Bank debit cards. I always transfer my salary amount to SBI bank once it has credited.

                    Please don't trust foreign banks.

                    ICICI Bank Limited — INTEREST CHARGED

                    interest and late payment charged on an amount which was not even notified. I have not recieved credit card statement for the period Nov 27th - Dec 26' 2010 while the statement generated on Jan 26,2011 recieved on Feb 12, 2011 shows a previous balance of Rs21929.12 with an interest charge of RsRs1534.33.
                    To inform you, per my previous record of payment to ICICI BANK LTD is always as 0 balance. I always prefer to pay 100% of my balance. My argument is;

                    Since Bank has failed to deleiver the statement on time, Why I should pay interest?
                    The statement dated Jan 12, 2011 recieved on Feb 12, 2011 ( Satureday) with a dead line of last date of payment as Feb 13,2011(Sunday). how I would have paid on 13/20/2011 as falls on Sunday. However, per my habit, I have made full payment with interest.

                    Though I have paid the intersest amount, i request ICICI to refund the amount as it is not my fault.

                      ICICI Bank — deduction of money

                      My name is arjun & my SB acc no.[protected]ICICI Bank-Jayanagar 3rd block, bangalore)...On 10th october 2008 the bank have deducted Rs.800 from my account stating that i have low balance in my account. But my balance was Rs.5000 which is the minimum balance required in the account. When i enquired about it they said that the minimum balance should be Rs.10000, but they did not inform me about it, me being a student cant keep that much money, plz look into this matter.

                      respected sir on 04/12/2008 i am take some trangictions from united bank of india atm.
                      these are 120, 120, 10020, and 5020.but i does not recieve this money because the atm machine show an error.but they are debit rs.15280 from my acount. i am talk with icici bank about this problam.and they told me this problem will solve withine 7 days but i does not getting any replay from those side so. plese rectifie my problem my request no.is sr 88377581 and 92261241

                      I am also having a/c in ICICI Bank Sigra, Varanasi. The level of services is dropping day by day. I never do any transaction nor did i sign any paper work but there was deduction of 6000+ fm fm saving account
                      & it was for ICICI Prudential Insurance. Once i blast them & i told them to take legal action against ICICI than they refun back my money. There are many more upcoming stories ...

                      But it will be ongoing thing no one can stop them there are bunch of fools working in ICICI BANK.

                        Dear sir,

                        I went to an ICICI ATM located in amalapada, angul, Orissa. I have with drawn amount from the ATM and went to deposit in SBI bank account. While depositing the cashier returned me one 500/- saying that it is a fake note and she crossed on the note as fake note. With that fake note i went to the ICICI main branch Angul, Orissa. I explained the whole mater and shown the ATM withdrawal receipt to the bank official. after hearing my problem he simply refused and said that it is impossible that, you can never get a fake note from our ATM and also said that we can't do any thing in this mater. I went out from the bank hopelessly.

                        So please help me regarding this mater.

                        I withdrew INR 1,500 from ICICI atm old rajendra nagar branch, New Delhi and out of this I found Rs 1000 was a counterfiet note which bank people are not ready to take back. They are saying it is not from our bank's atm...unfortunately that day when I withdrew money after that i tore and threw transaction slip but I have mini statement with me in which it showes that I had withdrawn INR 1,500. Now, I have been cheated by this ICICI bank. Please help me

                          I am a credit card holder for ICICI bank (card no: [protected] ) issued on 02/08. I have been trying to settle my Credit card and go for the closure of the card for the past 8 months, but everytime i try to get in touch with the executives, they have tried to play false with me.

                          First time when i tried to get my card settled 6 months back, the executive (his mobile number: [protected]) asked me to pay an amount of 10, 000 initially and said that he will get my credit card settlement letter. But though i payed him 10, 000 Rs, he gave me a receipt of 6000 Rs only and did not get back to me. When i asked him to give me a receipt of 10. 000 Rs he said if he gives me a receipt of 10,000 then he will never do my settle ment.

                          I want to know is this how the ICICI bank works? taking away customers money and giving false hopes of having the card settled?


                          Next time after 3 months again when i started getting calls from the customer care i informed them about my issue with the previous executive and they promised to get my card settled this time.
                          I started getting calls from different people and harrasing me.

                          In the similar way, i trusted the next executive ( his mobile number: [protected] and [protected]) who promised to give me a settlement within 2 weeks. He asked me to make an initial payment of 5000 RS so that he can process my request for the settlement.

                          And to my despair this guy also took my money and never got back to me. I want to know is this how ICICI executives BLUFF customers? I have not been using the card for the past 1 year now and have been trying to get my card closed but no one seems to have helped me out.


                          And i want to make it very clear that for first 18 months i have made regular payments on this card (5600Rs per month).
                          After that i have never used that card for more than 1 year and have tried to get a settlement.
                          as mentioned earlier after 18 months i have made a payment of 10,000 once and 5, 000 again.

                          I think this is a very serious issue that needs to be dealt with strictly.

                          Let me know the process of the closure of the card. I am not going to make a single payment from now on.

                            Hi,

                            Of late the issue of maintaining Minimum account balance has resurfaced once again. Without intimation MAB charges have got activated and when we tried to approach the bank directly we did not get a good response. Though the bank has not communicated about this, the trend has been continuing for about 5 months now.

                            Request you to reinstate the amount deducted from my account so far without any intimation. This creates a very bitter experience for all those banking with ICICI and though we have been holding this account since 2006, this is the first time we are facing this issue without intimation.

                              Last year in april(2007) i purchased an air conditioner through my credit card,but due to some problem the deal got cancelled on the very day.And after few days i start getting mails from ICICI that your "payment is due with the interest amt.",so in return of those mails i forwarded the scanned copies of cancellation of deal,but the strange thing occured when ICICI people used to receive customer's copy instead of merchant's copy not only one time but many times.Then i had a word with somebody in customer care who told me to courier the hard copies to Bombay in head office and i did the same.But god knows only what was happening in their so called head office and all.I continue to receive those mails from ICICI side that "your payment is due....... "etc,Being the service man this was not only the thing to me to do,so i thought the day will come when ICICI people update their records will definitely get the required information .And the most worst thing happened yesterday itself only ICICI people had blocked my account even without intimating to me.How ridiculus on their part?
                              How can they block any person's A/C without intimating to him and moreover it's not my fault,it is their technical problem that these people are not updating their system. and ultimately we people have to bear.What actually these people are doing in the bank?When iam forwarding the soft,hard copies to them then it is not my problem that they are not getting the same,and moreover iam not having so much of time that i'll come to bombay to clarify their technical faults.

                              I want to settlement of the account of credit card from December 2007. As I purchased the bike from the credit card in December as I was told there will be no interest if I purchased the bike on EMI’s. But I received the December Statement with full amount due with interest and service tax etc. After that I called the customer care for settlement but there was no response from ICICI Bank credit card department side. On January 2008 I received the call from the bank that ‘sir your issue can be solved when u pay this month’s installment. As a good citizen I paid the installment but I was angry and shocked when I saw the February Billing statement again with interest. Again I called the customer care and the same story happened to me. And again I got the March statement with interest on pending statement. I got so much angry but as a good citizen I request the bank to solve this problem. Upto[protected] I talked with eight persons of ICICI bank but always there was negative response.

                              Than I issued so many letters to ICICI CREDIT CARD BRANCHES but there is no response from the bank side.

                              I am really frustrated now. Please solve my problem.

                              This is regarding a credit card which I used to use around 2~3 years ago from ABN AMRO BANK, due to some unavoidable situation I missed to make few payments on time to my credit card.

                              However I made full payment as per the settlement agreement between me and ABN AMRO, after that I didn't received any call for around 2 years regarding any due in the credit card, but since last 2 months ago I received couple of calls that there is outstanding in that credit card. When I asked him that please send me the letter indicating the due so that I may take up this matter in cunsumer court, no answer was provided and the call was disconnected but again and again I am receiving such calls also when I approached for loan I got news that My name is reflecting in Satyam defaulters list.

                              Please help me get out of this problem and do let me know that what action can be taken against the bank for harassing me after 2 years of closure of my payment.

                              I got a bill for 1234.25 INR. I rounded off 25 paise and paid rupees 1234.

                              Result! Lot of sms and phone calls came stating that there is an outstanding and my card was also blocked. All the contact numbers given in the backside of statement was bogus and no number exists. They are like check valves - they can only call and harrass us but we cannot. Even when i try to email them, they had set some automated reply with same text all the time.

                              ICICI Bank — Charged on CC

                              During diwali in 25-26 oct 2008, when i bought a Cold bar from ICICI bank (Kondhwa, Pune Branch). Bank officials at Kondhwa Branch shared that if i use my ICICI CC to do this transaction i can deposit the whole amount in 3 installments, and they will not charge any processing free on that amount (per them a scheme is going on). i again tried to get confirmation on above (i bought gold bar worth rs: 68000, i also offered to buy gold worth lesser (18000) amount if there is no such scheme). later on my phone started ringing with call from ICICI offering to convert this amount into installments, for nominal charged (2500/-), when i enquired that i have been commumicated differently by the bank staff when i bought gold the call center staff shared that there is not such scheme. i rushed to Kondhwa branch from where i bought gold... even after a month they are not able to revert the charges, also they have charged me interest on the amount and no payment fee+ interest on the amount which i was never supposed to pay.

                              I noticed few things that how bank officials mis guided from the begining:
                              1) When i enquired bank that i am not sure about the limit of my ICICI bank titanium card, the person with whom i was interacting told me that it more then 100000. and i opted to use my CC for 68800. when i saw statement i saw that my limit is 68000 and i have been charged 500 for crossing the limit.

                              2) i was told that there is offer going on (that was last day) and i will not be charged any extra amount... i am charged 2500+. Since i deposited chq worth 2600 the same day after enquiring ICICI bank guys.

                              3) When i received next statement i was asked to pat ~500 INR, i asked th ICICI guys about the Charges, per them i dont need to worry about it, as it will get adjusted, now i see that i have been charged 1000+ for not paying Rs 500.

                              4) My last concern is the way ICICI has charged me the interest on all my transactions, Are they going to pay me the same way? Also now i have started getting call from the call center time and again to pay the pending amount.

                              I was offered free payment service of my mobile bill on my icici credit card an suddenly on 21.12.08 I checked my bal on credit card as I do not get my statement on time, I was surprised to hear I have been charged Rs 112 on my card with service tax for payment of my mobile bill so I just cancelled the bill payment on my card then too I am being forced to pay the amount when I want to cancel my card these tele officers just cut the lines, I have called the phone banking 8 to 9 times at last I wrote the letter an dropped it in ATM after 5 days I have recived call from ICICI bank that ur application have been forwarded & in 10 days ur card will be cancelled but u have to pay the amount .
                              Pls somebody can help me to come out of these ICICI credit card .

                              I am Santosh Yadav. On dated 13th August 2008 some one stolen my ICICI Credit card.
                              Some one stolen my credit card & misused it & made some transactions.
                              Transactions details:-
                              1) Withdrawn money Rs:- 12000.00 form ICICI bank ATM. On dated 13/08/08.
                              2) Purchase some Item from Hyderabad Central Rs. 1, 474.00 on dated 13/08/08.

                              As per ICICI Bank Credit card policy I have informed to ICICI Bank within 24 hour & also made police complete, as well as block my Credit card.
                              SR76312645 & SR76375489 this is my dispute request number.
                              After some day I got call from ICICI Bank executive I have informed them all details.
                              Then they disable my internet details regarding credit card.
                              Then they send me one mail according to email I have send all document of police complete as well as dispute letter, & they told me well will find the issue.

                              But they send me credit card bill statements on my email.
                              Now they hold credit card amount RS: - 19605.51 form my salary account.

                              Even I have follow up all the rules as per credit card policy why thy hold credit card amount in my salary account?

                              Then again I have contact to ICICI Bank then they told me to contact Mr.Amit Sengar on[protected]. While I am trying to contact this number no one receive my phone.

                              I have ICICI credit card # [protected], from last 3-months bank is charging Rs 500 as overlimit charges. Why bank is allowing purchase/credit of overlimit on the cards? else i am paying regular minimum amount due on each months.

                              You people has invited the problem self. You should never deal with this BANK.

                              1 Close all the acoounts/Banking service of the Bank.
                              2. Suggest you case to all your dear friends and relatives and request to do the same.
                              3. collect all the documented proof and prepare a case and present the same as per the guideline issued by RBI.(Visit RBI site).
                              4.Lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman of your region.You can get the address from the RBI site.
                              5.Circulate your mail to all your contact with a copy to ICICI customercare to make them realise that if non cooperation from customer happen the bank will become another Lehmen bros. soon.

                              i purchase a lap-top trough ICICI credit card . and it was promiced to me that they will charge me a proccsing fee in the 1st month and the EMI from next month's but they charged me the procesing fee and the EMI in the same month .. i have to bear all the charges for not paying the full amt ...

                              ICICI Credit Card — Extra charges

                              Hi,

                              My name is Vikas Dahiya and writing in reference to the credit card number [protected] which is in the name of my wife Garima Singh Dahiya though the payment goes out of my ICICI bank account.

                              Firstly, i have not received a statement for this card for a long time and everytime and I enquire I am told it was door dropped to my house which does not make sense as it is not possible that no one is available in my house to sign for the statement month on month when the courier person comes in. In fact the courier company has made a mandate to only drop the statement in my letter box without even trying to ring the door bell and deliver the statement in hand.

                              Secondly, whenever I call to complaint about this I am told that ICICI is still sending me a e statement to my email address, which I do get but is not enough as I need a hard copy for my personal records as well and am sure I am entitled for receiving a paper statement as well every month. The email comes to my office email address and I do not have a printer access to take a printout of the same.

                              Thirdly, without getting the statement I have still been making a payment every month and when I decided to take it higher up my call is never transfered to a supervisor and the CCE starts arguing with me. I then decided to clear off the entire balance without getting the statement and now I am being told there is another payment left for Rs. 160/- which includes another late payment charge.

                              I would like the LPC to be waived off and the account closed as I do not wish to continue with the credit card any more.

                              i had paid credit card payment of rs.1500/- vide ch.no.996618 dated 27.04.09 agst credit card no.[protected] for april, 2009 bill due date is 28.04.2009. cheque was deposited in drop box facility availble at icici bank ltd, kol dongri, andheri (east) branch. i had received may, 2009 bill including late fees of rs.400/- + applicable s.tax. i spoke mr.arvind kumar-call centre of icici bank ltd. he told me that payment due date means cheque will be cleared on or before due date. same thing happen to my personal loan a/c.no.[protected] in that they will charged me rs.600/- late fees+applicable s.tax.

                              I had a ICICI Credit card. I used pay it correctly on time. However i find some unnecessary charges and had complained to the call centre regarding this. many times the representive from the bank called and came to my house and misbehaved my family members. i also agrred to got for settlement about six months back. In the meantime the bank has forcebly debit my account with Rs 20000 when i was ready to go for a settlement.

                              There after so many calls and threaten sent to me on my Cell No.

                              Now a legal notice from the bank

                              Here i want to know that why i will pay the said amount when i donot use that amount?

                              I had a worst experience from ICICI bank credit cards for payments. This was when I apllied for closure cum settlement of my card. The executive by name Ms. Priya was coordinating with me for this process from ICICI bank JB nagar branch, Andheri(e). I made the requisite payment in cash to collection boy and Ms. Priya gave a commitment that I'll recieve my full and final settlement letter within 7 working day, but on the 8th day this girl was not responding to my calls and 1 day some other colleague of her picks up the call saying that there no one by name Priya her and when I threatened him of consumer court then he told me that he revert to me by end of the day. But he never responded and on next this contact no. was purposely made unavailable. Now after making the due payments also I'm getting outstanding statements. These bloody [censored]s come behind you make payments and after receiving the payment they just disappear. I would suggest you all neverever opt for ICICI bank credit cards

                              ICICI Bank — My Request not considered

                              Hi,
                              I requested for a Limit enhancement on my credit card and they are requested for the my latest payslip and I provided the same but for some reason it dragged on for 2months and I got fed up with it and left it just like that, this happened before 4 months...

                              Now I need limit enhancement very urgently so this time around I sent the other card statement after which they mailed me back saying that it is not enough so send the front side copy of it so sent that as well after which they came back and said that the statement is old and requested for a new one so sent the same again on their request now they came back and said that the docs are not clear so sent another copy of it now at this time they wanted another copy of my old statement so sent that again (which they already have) now there was no response at all so I sent them a mail for a call back twice as it did not work the first time and every time I'll get a call from a hyderabad number when I pick the call it will get disconnect itself but for 2 seconds I can hear the ICICI banks tune after which it disconnects this happened twice. And when I called up the customer care to check what happened they are saying that they tried calling my number where it was not reachable and the other time I disconnected the call...as per their records...

                              Finally I just sent a mail asking "What's the status of my Limit Enhancement Request" with my details and of course the full mail trail so that they can understand the situation and react accordingly but I got a mail saying that They have stopped Limit Enhancement facility for the moment...

                              So I sent a mail back abusing those bunch of ... Leaving me no option than to drop it...AGAIN.

                              ICICI Bank — CHARGES FOR NOT USING SERVICE

                              I have an 0 balance DEMAT account with ICICI BANK from the last 19 months. But when 2 days ago i checked my statement online i was shocked to see the deduction of rs. 960/-. So the next day i went to KALYAN branch from where my account had been opened. There i got to know that they has been charging the minimum account to everyone who had not used the DEMAT services.

                              It was acceptable that they were charging the amount to the customer who are not using the services but they should had been informed earlier before deduction they had not even send a formal notice to me. They accepted there mistake that we had not informed to our customer, But they cant do anything now.

                              I had opened my DEMAT account only bcoz i wanted a 0 balance account in ICICI as i m not been able to maintain the minimum balance which they charge.

                              And now my account shows a negative balance, Plz tell me what should i do now. If they had informed that earlier that from next month or so they will charge for not using DEMAT services then i should had been closed my account at the earliest. Now if they want they can close my account but i will not pay the remaining negative balance and want my remaining amount back.

                              I have received a credit card statement of card no. [protected] asking me to pay Rs 3518/- immediately. I have raised a cancellation request of this card in 2008 itself and it has been cancelled successfully as per my request on full payment of the dues. And on the card cancellation day, my dues were zero and card was cancelled. Now how come a statement asking me to pay amount for the cancelled card has been sent to me. Please verify and reply me soon. Thanks.

                              OUR SAY :

                              1. I have been a regular user of ICICI Bank credit card and have been a very prompt payer of the monthly dues as per the statement.
                              2. We did not receive Credit card statements of June, 09 & July, 09.
                              3. However, as per the slips and online payments made by us, we issued payments to ICICI Bank on due date.
                              1. 4. But we missed out on payment of EMI of ICICI Lombard (which commenced recently on auto debit facility) of Rs. 1573.13 due to non-receipt of statement. The total due payment for June, 09 credit card statement was Rs. 38401.50 out of which Rs. 36828.37 was paid before due date and there was short payment of for Rs. 1573.13 which was missed out for reason explained above.
                              4. We were charged an amount of Rs. 797 + service tax for short payment of only Rs. 1573.13 as interest / late payment / non-payment charges in the July, 09 statement.
                              5. The same did not come to light as the statement for July, 09 was also not received.
                              6. We made payments for July, 09 on the basis of recorded usage of credit card for payments by us.
                              7. However, we received the statement for August, 09 and we came to know that we have been charged additional interest payment of Rs. 412 + service tax.
                              8. We called ICICI Bank thro their teleconference and enquired about interest of Rs. 412 + Service Tax. During the said call we understood that additional interest amount of Rs. 797 + service tax is debited to us in the earlier statements.
                              9. We then approached ICICI Bank through email and asked for statements for prior period (June 09 & July 09) and also enquired about the interest of Rs. 412 + S Tax & Rs. 797 + S Tax debited to us. We were informed that they will reverse interest amount of Rs. 412 + Service Tax immediately. However, they refused to reverse the interest amount of Rs. 797 + Service tax levied by them on short payment of Rs. 1573.13.
                              10. On receiving statement for June 09 & July 09 by email, we approached them again to reverse the charges of Rs. 797 + service tax since the statement was not received by us and also we had made most of the payment that was recorded at our end except for amount debited by auto debit to my credit card. We intimated them that we have been prompt payers of dues and a charge of Rs. 797+ S tax for dues of Rs. 1573.13 for the month is irrational. We even intimated that we cannot use the card from here on if the same is not reversed.
                              11. They have refused to reverse the interest charges of Rs 797 + Service Tax on the amount of short payment of Rs. 1573.13 in spite of knowing of our earleir track record of no instance of delay in payment over 5 years and further the very fact that the monthly statement for the relevant months were not received.

                              ICICI Credit Card — Problem

                              I have had the worst possible experience with ICICI bank. I had a salary account with ICICI bank, until then i had no great problems with the bank. But,after i got a credit card from this bank in Aug'08, i am facing hell lot of problems.
                              I was offered a Titanium credit card from ICICI. Along with the credit card i was given a ICICI Prudential Policy. I was told that i can cancel it at any time. But, when i actually tried to cancel it i was told that even if i cancel it the money will not be reversed to my cerdit card and its a waste to get the Policy cancelled. I started getting the statements from ICICI towards this POlicy. I ignored them. But the best part is "TILL DATE I HAVENT USED MY CREDIT CARD AT ALL". After some time, the card was deactivated since i didnt pay the the EMI's towards the Policy. I didnt bother about deactivation,since i wasnt using the card. I thought that will be the end of this episode.
                              BUT NO, i was wrong !!! After somedays i got a call from ICICI telling that i should close the account by paying Rs.1500/- if not i will be sent a Legal Notice. To avoid hassels i paid that as well. But, the SMS's the remainder Calls or the monthly statements didnt end. When i questioned the bank by calling the Customer care as too why i am sent the statement, messages when i have already cancelled the card, i was told that, there was no such offer towards my Card. THAT WAS A SHOCK OF MY LIFE. I was also informed that the entire withstanding amount has to be paid towards the Credit Card.
                              The policy expired in last month Aug'09. And by now the due towards the Credit card had reached to a whooping amount of Rs.13,000/-. ON September 7th, i received a letter from the bank telling that the due will be recovered from Salary Accout/Savings account. I had around Rs.4600/- in my account. I tried to withdraw the money, but it was tooooo late. Now, there is a negative balance reflecting in my Savings Account. I really have no clue as to what has to be done now. Can somebody help me in this regard ???

This has come 3 months after i have made the settlement. I have also received a no due mail through e-mail in February.                               I had recd. one credit card from ABN AMRO BANK in the tear of 2005,In the year of 2007, they had charged me RS.about 6000 as a tour package, but i had not use the same.So i did not made the payment for the same.
                              When i had applied for the housing loan after Booking of new house (The booking amount is Rs.1lakh) in the monthof nov 2009,I came to know that they had transfer my name into CIBIL Account so my loan had been rejected by the citi bank.After that i had payment of Rs.8000 to Abn Amro bank.But than after i am not elligible for loan due my name was in cibil account.
                              So due to this problem i had loss of Rs.1lakh+credit card amount.
                              So i request to u pl help in this matter.

                              ICICI Bank — disagree with the reply of icici bank

                              This is with the reference of my previously complaint towards ICICI Bank for personal loan. they have mail me that "On receipt of your complaint, we have investigated the issues raised by you. We wish to inform you that no such calls were made from the bank to you and will not be able to comment on the same. We would also like to clarify that our officials / representatives are sensitized/ trained to follow the Code of Conduct for Collections and Recoveries laid down in accordance with the guidelines of RBI/IBA/BCSBI. We are of the view that you have raised frivolous allegations with a malafide intention to deprive the bank of its legitimate dues ".

                              This is what they have investigate, these people are not honest and they all are of same category. I have not raised frivolous allegations to your bank, i have a proof of it. The person who called me up he told me that he is Inspector yadav from delhi police and his mobile no is [protected]
                              and he also gave me the advocate no. for my reference and his name is advocate S.K. Malhotra and his mobile no. is [protected]. I think you have not investigate it properly. You can cross verified by this no. and you will get proof.

                              ICICI Bank — CREDIT CARD

                              I have a EMI credit card issued from ICICI Bank in 2007. When I was given this card it was told that there is annual fees on this card when i will use the card. But after some time Bank had charged Rs 2000 as annual fee without any transaction, and after so many other charges it became around 7000 in a couple of month. I called bank and discussed entire matter. They told me that I have to do complete payment of Rs 7000. I paid the complete payment. But after the payment also the card had been permanently blocked in 2008. Now they are saying that it can't be reactivated andI had also paid the annual fees as well.

                              ICICI Bank — No response to my requests

                              I have been trying to link my demat account with my netbanking Id so that I can get my demat transaction printed by myself ( as the bank has stopped sending demat transaction statements which the bank was doing 2 years back)
                              They hand over me a form ask me to complete the form and put in drop box. I have done this thrice. I have dropped the completed form in their branch at khodadad Circle Without any result. In order to get the form you have to wait for 30 mins to 1 hour.
                              When I sent mail to their Customer care through easymail option I got reply the matter is sent to concerned division and will be attended in 2/3 days

I have been paying the same promptly.[protected] a demand for instalment sent. I raised a query and visited their office at gachi bowli,hyderabad.The response is poor.                               Dear Sir,

                              I have earlier given a complaint regarding penalty levied. I am happy to inform you that the same is solved favourably. Now I refer to you Regarding ledger extracts of credit card number from23-02-07 to till date of credit card[protected] and also credit card loan[protected].

                              Regarding instalments due their customer care has given 2 differing replies. hence I am getting a doubt about veracity of the same.The earlier reply is attached herewith.The latest reply is reproduced below.

                              As the 1st instalment was due on 7-4-2007 was made towards credit card a/c instead of loan a/c. The earlier claim of 1st installment due on 7-5-2007 was wrong.Now the doubt remains whether the 1st instalment is due on 7-4-2007 or7-5-2007.THis can be clear only when i see the ledger extracts .Please use your good office to get the ledger extracts as i have tried and could not get the same.They have sent demand nitices sent monthly.besides at no point of time the a/c was not shown as overdue. As per their latest reply if the 1st instalment is not paid, the same should be shown as overdue. Due to all these irregularities i feel that some mistake has taken place and requires clarification. Further, no mention is made of the complaint I have made on 29-03-11. I may have to approach banking ombudsman in case the ledger extracts are not received( not monthly demand notices) before 1st june 2011.

                              ICICI Bank — payment of credit card and cancellation

                              issued credit card with no:[protected] & pin No:4781 in2007 in the name of Bhadriraju Prasanna Viswanath Rao. Eventhough I didn't use it I received a letter to pay Rs.11326.56.why should I pay this much amount. is it possible to pay principle amount and to make cancellation of the card.
                              From August 2011, though I am contacting the reps, I did not get my new credit card. Perhaps, this may be a joke to you. Thanks. Most probably, I shall be getting a card from some other Bank. OK, if you are not supporting, I have to opt for other bank Credit Card. It is, possibly that, I am not a valuable customer to you.                                   I, Rajesh khanna was having 6 ICICI bank cards linked with each other issued on the basis of Big Bazar card which were all closed vide bank letter but now I have been getting calls which has deeply upset my family. I have several times requested them that the card for which they are talking was never with me and all cards with me have been closed and I am prepared to show them the copy of the letter. But they are using abusive language and my family members including wife and children are under trauma. I request for your kind interfrance in the subject matter.                                   This is Siddhi Patil. I am holding centurian bank of Punjab credit card. Because of some issue not able to do payment on time. Now I have done settlement. And for installment purpose ICICI people do mental harassment like anything. They can't wait upto due date. They keep calling on office numbers and mobile numbers in a day at least 20 -30 times. And literally they speak in such a language that no educated person will like to listen those words. Any person can lose his / her temper by hearing those words. And same with me. Because my office people got frustrated because of their calls in my absence in the office.
                                  Though these people have access of collection but in proper manner not doing mental harassment.

                                  I want to launch a complaint to higher authority of ICICI bank so that at least no one else should face this problem. If a person has week struggling power he / she can go upto any extend because of this harassment.

                                  These people literally speaks in such a language like you are begger thats why you used credit card and not returning money to bank. These rights are not given to them to ask customer that why they have used credit cards.

                                  Please take it on serious basis.

                                  There has been fraudulent transaction of RUS 26278.40 equivalent INR 46000/- using my credit card no : 4477 xxxx xxxx 6033 at www.rzd.ru on 17th Dec 2012 . I got a message at 10:30 PM on my mobile no.

                                  I have been an ICICI credit card holder since 2009 and have maintained excellent credentials with substantial business. Because of excellent records, my limit was increased.

                                  I immediately contacted ICICI bank and informed them about the same where in they refused to take it as a disputed case.
                                  I have logged a complaint at economic offence wing (Crime Branch) Mandir marg New delhi under complaint number D 9498 dated 18/12/12.

I was having my Salary account with ICICI bank, whose account no is[protected] .Recently i got a call from the bank and they told me that i am having a due payment is of Rs 62000, the And for the same reason my salary account is showing negative balance of Rs. 43000 due to which i am unable to do any transaction. I also enquired the same from the ICICI collection office Videcon tower Jandewalan and they did not help.

                                    I had deposited cheque of Rs. 25000 of Syndicate Bank in ICICI Bank, A.S Rao Nagar Branch, Hyderabad on[protected] to credit the amount of Rs. 25000 in my ICICI Bank A/C[protected].. I was surprised to note through the letter cited that the cheque was returned with the reason Requires Counter Signature. I have approached my A/C Bank ICICI Khairatabad Branch, Hyderabad personally and detailed the issue to Mr. Venu Gopal, Branch Manager showing the returned cheque but he failed to explain me the precise reason for the return. Instead they simply stated that the Syndicate Bank has dishonoured the cheque and I need to ask them.
                                    Later upon escalation, i got the below mail from Vamshi Krishnaa, Customer Service Manager, ICICI Bank Limited:
                                    We would like to inform you that the cheque was returned by the beneficiary bank through CTS clearing (Chennai) and the account number on the cheque was not clearly visible due to which the bank was unable to debit the account and also the return reason was incorrectly given by the beneficiary bank due to which the cheque was not represented.
                                    Later i replied to Vamshi's mail as below:
                                    As per your confirmation stating that the cheque was returned by the beneficiary bank for the reason that the account number on the cheque was not clearly visible. It is unfortunate and painful to again bring to your kind notice that any layman can point out that the account number was not visible due to the stamp put by the ICICI Bank counter staff on the account number (It is an absolute mistake of the ICICI Bank staff). As stated in my below mail I have personally approached my A/C Bank, ICICI Khairatabad Branch, Hyderabad and detailed the issue to Mr. Venu Gopal, Branch Manager showing the physical cheque on 19/07/2013 and also indicated that i won't have any issues if it is re-processed on that day even though its one week delayed was not considered or taken seriously.
                                    Later i got a call and mail from Mr. Vamshi that i will be compensated with interest amounting to Rs 66 (For 25,000 from dated 13/06/2013) which i disagreed.

                                    ICICI Bank absolutely accept their mistake but not compensating appropriately. I have detailed mail chain to explain further

                                    I received a call from ICICI bank to pay to pay Rs 1,41 lac on credit card which i never received on 28.11.09. Subsequently I received call on 29th and 30th . I made a complaint in local police station and also sent mail to ICICI customer care regarding unwanted calls from ICICI legal section .Also I visited ghaziabad ICICI branch on monday 30th nov and met operational manager . I handover the copy of police complaint and the mail sent to ICICI customer care. he verified the card number told exept name all other details like mailing address , phone number and mothers name are different. I received again a mail yesterday 5.1.10 that card was delived to me by elbee courrier airway bill no[protected] after verifying my driving licence on 7th Nov 2008 .I never received any courrier from ICICI bank.

                                        ICICI HOME LOAN ACCOUNT # LBCHE[protected] & LBCHE[protected]

                                        After several discussions, ICICI Bank Home Loan Division offered me "Foreclosure Offer Letter" dated 11th May 2010., for Full & Final Settlement by payment of Rs. 35,85,000/- and provided time until 27th July 2010.

                                        I started paying from 24th May 2010 and completed full payment before 5th July 2010, intact.

                                        After all payments, gave a letter in writing to ICICI Bank Limited on 5th July 2010 to provide me a NOC.

                                        Until date they have not handed over the NOC, and also still this Loan is reflecting in my CIBIL Account.

                                        my name is bipin kumar agarwal and my acc no. is[protected], my loan acc no is LPBNG[protected], my acc is wit YMCA road branch, calicut, kerarla(icici bank)...ph no.-[protected]
                                        i hav taken loan of rs.200000 from the bank. but i hav heard that they hav increased the min bal 4m rs.5000 to rs.10000. but i cant keep rs.10000 as min bal. so i wont to close my acc. but i dont know how to pay the loan amt, for 1nhalf years i hav paid the emi of rs.6036 every month but now i dont know where to pay the emi. i am ready to pay through cheque of other bank or directly to the bank. can u plz help me in finding out where to pay the emi.wen i called customer care they said to enquire in calicut, but i am a resident of bangalore, so cant go there and enquire, so plz help me

                                        ICICI Bank — home loan / credit card payment

                                        i applied home loan to icici bank thro' Angayarkanni agencies madurai by 2005 on my wife's name for Rs. 10 lacs. It was sancitioned and i got the letter from the agancies and Rs. 5000+ paid for the processing fee. they asked for the house original documents i handed over to them after that no reply from them. i asked the ICICI bank there is no response from their side. By 2008 i met the manager in Madurai and Chennai they told the Angayarkanni agencies is not working with ICICI bank now. you have to collect the documents from them only. What i have to do now... Really i was travelling and spending from Chennai to Madurai to meet the people of ICICI home loan division and the guy who i gave the documents... no use. i dont know how to get my documents... pl help..
                                        after this only i have to come for a conclustion that i have to stop my credit card and laon payments to ICICI. i am using credit for last 10 years with good repayment. if you see my repayments for the last 10 years there is no gap...

                                        URGENT-FINAL REMINDER


                                        Respected Sir,

                                        I am holder of Account no[protected] with ICICI Bank Ltd. On 19th October’2009 I did shopping of Rs 1620/- from Big Bazar Zirakpur. When I made the payment of this amount through my debit card No ([protected]), the request was declined twice. Thereafter I did the payment using my second debit card no([protected]) and the same was accepted. However, when I checked the mini statement of my account, I came to know that the amount of Rs1620/- had been debited from my account thrice whereas the actual deduction should have been only once. On requesting the phone bank authorities for the reversal of the money I was issued two request no’s against my complaint i.e. SR[protected] and SR[protected] and I received the reversal of the amount on[protected] and[protected] respectively and the entire issued was resolved.

                                        However on the 1st of December’2009 again an amount of Rs 1620/- was deducted from my account twice i.e. the total amounting to Rs 3240/- was debited from my account. This transaction was fulfilled on 9th Decmeber’2009 when my salary was put into my account. Thereafter I again contacted ICICI bank phone banking and lodged a complaint against this transaction. I was issued two requests no’s SR[protected] and SR[protected] on 12 th Decmber’2009. However till date I have not received the reversal of my wrongly deducted money. On contacting the bank Authorities of ICICI bank, I was told that my SR’s had been closed on 22/12/2009 without any action on my request.

                                        The money in question i.e. Rs. 3240/- have been deducted from my account without any intimation to me and against no expenditure done by me. The amount deducted at your end has no valid claim. I have undergone a lot of mental and physical harassment because of non co-operation from the end of the Bank authorities and phone banking staff. I have failed to get an appropriate answer and reversal of my money. Therefore I request you to kindly look into the mater on urgent basis and order the reversal of my money (Rs3240/-) at the earliest.

                                        Hoping for a positive response from your side. Please get back to me within 2 working days , else a legal action would be initiated for harassment. Kindly co-operate, else this can lead to adverse circumstances for the Bank and Visa card.
