Hi there, I have ordered many crocs footwear till now from ajio and myntra. But from past 3 months first my crocs reviva sliders pasting went off then the other reviva thong strap broke. This is really depressing. The warranty is only for 3 months, what is the purpose of buying the expensive footwear if it can't stay for atleast a year. This has really put me doubtful to order my next pair of crocs. I am a crocks regular customer and will really appreciate if you can help me out in this where you can give me a replacement for my broken slippers. Regards, Diksha Was this information helpful? I broke crocs wedges within 2 months
5k shoes wasted n cannot b repairable also

Hey there,

I ordered a crocs wedge in February from Ajio and it got broken in just 6 months. The price of the product is too high against the warranty that company is offering. Even a local product stays for a year without warranty. I'm very disappointed and disheartened by Crocs as there is no chance to repair or exchange the product. Atleast the company should help us in repairing the product.
