Crocs India — Defective footwear ( right slipper )

-I have purchased a Crocs footwear in the store located at Nexus Mall, Hyderabad. I've been struggling to walk with the footwear I bought. The right slipper is not manufactured right, whereas the left slipper is absolutely fine. This is the first time I purchased a crocs footwear, I'm not satisfied.
-I request you to compensate for my loss.
