Crocs India — My crocs got torn

I have ordered the crocs in Flipkart on july 24th and received the product on 30th july . Recently on 1st September my crocs got torn even if I used it carefully. Kindly I request to compensate my loss. As we are students many o[censored]s are using this crocs believing the quality of brand so kindly I request you to compensate my loss. Thankyou
