Crocs India — slippers straps are broken

Hope this email finds you well .
Recently I have bought 3 slippers from crocks and unfortunately I didn't check properly while buying that two of the crocks slippers their straps are broken .
This is really unfortunate and is really difficult to get the straps .
I am a crocks regular customer and will really appreciate if you can help me out in this where you can give me a replacement as this was uncalled for .
