Pls don't buy crossbeats product... Their after sales service is very poor.
They don't adhere to warranty term's & conditions
I purchased ipx5 bluetooth on 6th jun from @amazon and within 2 months product has gone faulty. Invoice details hr-del[protected]
Invoice date :6th jun 2019.
Crossbeats is selectively responding to my email and forcing me to courier this product to their banaglore office enforcing courier charges on me. Whereas per the warranty card given along with product i should be approaching the nearest dealer to take warranty service, crossbeats is neither helping with dealer address nor aassuering me to bear courier charges. They have blocked me on their fb page and not responding to phone calls Was this information helpful? |
