I paid online rs. 8000/- on 9th jun2017 for service of my chevrolet captiva, they promised lots of things and confirmed that service will be done in next two days, after hundreds of calls and followup someone came on 18th jun with no clue what vehicle he is going to service and he carried all wrong service consumables and parts, i had no choice than to cancel the service and request for refund.
Since then, it is close to one month now but they did not refund my money, they stopped picking my phone, i have sent many mails copying their ceo mr. Harish kakhera but their customer care team rarely responded.
They committed in writing that refund will be processed within 15 working days but it did not happen till date.
Everyday i am sending reminders copying mr. Harish but no one is responding.

and taking an advance of Rs 4000.No service and no refund...It has been more than 5 months..
I wish I could get access to Mr Harish Lakheras contact details.Could someone provide me his mail and Telephone number, so as to apprise him of what damage his employees has been doing to reputation of the company.
Mr Lakhera is an Alumni of ISB Hyderabad, may be writing to Alumni Association
of ISB would be of some help.
