I have issued the Credit Card by Axis Bank but PIN was not generated due to some problem. I have tried to generate PIN by IVR /ATM /Axis Branch but not generated in all circumstances. Than, I have tried to block this card immediately many times by your customer care & your axis branch Executive. But not blocked, why .When card is not in activation /Utilization from starting than will not be any dues /outstanding. Again, I have given the complaints in writing for blocking the card to MANISHA (Axis Bank Employee at Vikaspuri A Block).
