Customer Care — customer care behavior is not proper while asking for doctors availability

Hi,

I am under in treatment for my pregnancy and I called customer care for Doctor's availability for my not very good sugar report. Doctors appointment was full and when I asked can I come as walk in patient and wait for sometime to get the report discussed with doctor on which customer care lady responded arrogantly .

How come Hiranandani management is entertaining such people where customer is in mental tension for not very good vital report and when they reach to hospital they have to entertain tantrums of customer care department
