Customer Care — Worst customercare service

I hav bought a faber chimney and faber stove in january 2021. It had a complaint so we called for customer care for our first service . They asked for replcing a battery kind of thing. Which they took and went and didnt brought it back, it has been 3 months . Just a worst response
