I had placed order for the Set top box from Videocon on 16th Jan and I received the Settop box only from the dealer the next day and I paid in full with 10 months subscription. Power issue in D2H box

V.V poor Service of Videocon D2H. I call to register a complaint with Videocon on 18th Jan 2010. Extra charging during downgrade

I purchased SettliteDVDVideoconD2H5002 on 12 Oct 09. But my D2H installation was made on 28 Oct 09 after making 5 telephone complaints & one email complaint. My Customer ID is 1109851.

Subscription Not Upgraded/ Recharge

I purchased DVD Videocon D2H from Vinayak Enterprises, Raj Mohalla, Indore MP, on 26 Sep 09.

2 Months Subscription was Free with it and I also paid for next 12 months subscription in advacnce after that free period.

replacement of CTV under warantee

For the last one month I'm trying to get my Jumbo 34"CTV repaired in vain. The TV was purchased under free additional supply of plasma TV in July '09.
The CTV was purchased from M/S Prithvi Electronics, Supela, Bhilai and they are in regular touch with the local Videocon staff who have visited twice.
As per the Videocon engineer the Colour Tube of the TV has become spoilt and they have no replacements.

selling refrigerators with defective compressors

i bought a videocon ref d 280 wd dx on 15th oct 2006. on 1st march its compressor collapsed and they replaced it and charged me rs 1100. now again the compressor has stopped working and they are demanding that i should bring the fridge them which amounts to about Rs1000 for convenince and an additional 1500 for its repair . i'll have to take 2 days leave and hire 2 labours to ferry it to them. buying videocon fridge was a big mistake...
