I bought 2 DTH ready TVs on 13th-Mar-2010; Both the TV sets gone faulty within a week of working. There is no response from Videocon D2H even after mutliple reminders through email and phone calls to customer centre.

Videocon D2H is the worst DTH service and dirty customer services.

Do not buy such services and Equipment. Total Wastage of money......

I have purchased Videocon D2H product from Vera Electronics, Aundh, Pune on 3rd Jan 2010. I was informed that it will be free for initial four months and it would be installed free of cost by the company. The shop owner didn’t inform me that company would provide only 15 meters of cable and if we consume more than that in that case I will have to pay.

Engg... came from videocon & checked the problem & find that door should replace he ask me the warranty card & purchase bill & i show the details & he informed me that it under warranty u get the door in free of cost . after calling in customer care they say no spare parts are available in market it take some time after...

I had bought a Videocon Dvd D2h on the 9th of march 2010,
1. was promised a installation on the same day by the dealer by evening. The technician called up in the evening and said would not be coming that day will come next day.

This is for all prospective buyers of Videocon D2H television service:

The DVD STB that is supplied is very cheap in quality. It cannot play USB containing MP4 format, although it is supposed to according to the company claim. The picture quality is extremely bright and excessively contrastive. The customer Care service is a joke and the people who receive your calls are not technically trained....

Paying 3000 Rs we have taken a Videocon D2H connection. The d2h connection was not giving all the channels offered. I am a consumer of videocon D2h with id 943642. Since the day one, i am on the losser side as the d2h services are worst and not upto the mark. There are a huge difference in the services advertised and services offered.

I approached videocon by mail and by call centre along with their nodal officer. but to my utter surprise their nodal officer commited me 6 month diamond pack complemetry for the problems...
