Dada Motors — Refund of booking amount

Dear sir/mam,
I just booked tata safari from tata motors showroom from ludhiana and gave booking amount of 11000/-thru gpay. l also asked them to hold the vehicle as i will make some payment thru cash and some from bank loan.but due to some reasons my loan was not approved so i told them to refund the booking amount.its been 7 days i am being harrased by your company employees and today they have told that it cant be refunded at all. Neither they conveyed me about this.i suppose tata motors understand that this our hard earned money but this unprofessional attitude was not expected from tata motors.
