Not Proper Bill Reading

Address: 127 Sai Ashish Soc-2 Near Tadwadi Rander Road Surat

I am not getting proper electricity bill since a year and observed discrepancy in meter reading of all bills.

There are 16000 units have been produced and almost 20000 units being consumed during 21/2/2017 to 21/9/2021 period.

I also raised a complaint on 11/8/2021 to dgvcl but didn’t get proper response from office. I observed discrepancy in recent reading taken in month of september as well.

Customer care number did not respond

Dear dgvcl team,

Kindly note that I have tried more than 20 times in from 5:30 to 7:53. All time I got busy tone from your Coustmoer care number. & also tried on surat main branch but that also not recived. & also note that this issue is faced by every time .

Not even a single time we got help from dgvcl.

So kindly take this mail communication on priority & resolve this issue asap.

Very high electricity bill since long time.

Faulty meter reading or
Faulty meter.
Since long very high electricity bill generated for my home connection.
On average in my apartment all flat holders are having dgvcl (electricity) bill of average 3000. While I got dgvcl bill of around 25000. It’s impossible to get this high reading every time. Please do needful....

Very high Electricity bills since last 6 months

My consumer number is- [protected].
Since last 6 month Very high electricity bills are generated. There must be some mistake in meter reading or Electric meter quality. Please check urgently. In my apartment all other homes’ average bill is around 3000 while I am getting bill of around 25000 on average each time. Please see in this matter and do needful....

Wrong addition in electricity bill

I got my electricity bill and i notice that total of my bill was wrong and difference is 91 Rs. It's unbelievable. Kindly check attach photo.
Total amount is from fuel charge + energy charge + fix charge.

Do some action according to this as soon as possible....

Low voltage output after power cut off

In our area sahjanand society godadra naher Surat
There was power cutoff and after that when the electricity come back there is continuously low voltage due to which we people have to suffer only one or two appliance work with thier least efficiency
