We wish to inform you that I am branch manager of Canara Bank Fansa branch. We have no power since 07/02/2019 and we have repeatedly contected DGVCL sarigam office they have provided the complain number( 21) on 08/02/2019 also till date 11/02/2019 at 10:30 am no person has attended the complain. Being a bank organisation we cannot afford continuous four day power cut. Due to power cut we are not in order to do daily banking and all our security equipment s are also not working.
I am very disappointed with service from dgvcl team where person who attends the call is telling what can I do I can just forward your complain to our team.
With the very saddened experience I m bound to tell you when we get delayed to pay bill your company charge penalty but at this situation where this much of insensitive approach has been taken for the securities of bank, Nobody is responding.when I requested to talk to incharge authority they declined by saying that you have to come in office only.
I wish my words will reach upto appropriate authorities so that we can run our bank.
