I have received another huge bill, even after paying for almost 8000 for the bill, which I have not consumed single unit & for the duration when my home is closed from past 2-3 years & now again we received another similar bill during the Covid Pandemic.
Also DGVCL people have replaced, 2 meter in between, when my flat was closed & without intimating us during Covid Pandemic.
Also when I have asked for meter check, they were saying meter was faulty, without having reading on it. So they are considering & forcefully asked me to pay it. For this they have disconnected electricity connection & took newly installed meter. So recently when I have visited my home, I have paid entire bill & requested for revesal for the same amount. But they are not willing to do it.
Now again they sent me another huge bill, which they wants me to pay.
Again I am telling that my house is closed since 2-3 years & due to Covid Pandemic & health issue of my mother we are unable to visit quite frequently, but ready to pay for Min bill. But Don't know how DGVCL works & even if there are no reading & consumption, how they can send such huge bill? Was this information helpful? |
