I want to inform you that my bill number is (44217/02832/6). Last Tuesday (23 march 2021), due to the delinquency of the outstanding bill, disconnected my connection from DGVCL team and went away with the meter. On the second day (24 march 2021), I came to DGVCL office and filled both the bill and penalty, since then my connection and meter have not been installed yet. I am getting a continuation call, so I am getting an update that it will take place today and I am getting the same response from 3 days. For three days, my family has been suffering without light. And still I have not got any fix date as to when the meter and connection will be installed.
Please tell me the process, what else do I need to do to get again connection. And how many days will the connection take.
Please check the attached bill and penalties snapshot.
Kindly request to you Please re-install the meter and connection as soon as possible.
