Since i am working 6days a week i am unable to make payment by visiting the payment counter. So i used netbanking facility to make payment as their transaction processing fees for credit cards is 1.00% of transaction amount plus applicable service tax & debit card transaction processing fees for debit cards is 0.75% of transaction amount for value upto rs. 2000.00/- plus applicable service tax, 1.00% of transaction amount for value above rs. 2000.00/- plus applicable service tax.
I have made my first complaint on 18th july 2016 (Ref no : 3402719). Customer care executive contacted me on 01.08.2016, 9.30 p. M just enquired the case and before the cc call was terminated i received an sms stating your query is resolved.
So i made another complaint on 02.08.2016 (Ref : 3425465) stating all the reasons, however the cc contacted me on 03.08.2016 andconvinced you have made card payment so the case is resolved sms reached me a day later on 04.08.2016.
Again i made an another complaint (Ref no : 3431793) on 05.08.2016 as well written a e-mail to respective officers (Refer the transcript as below)

My bill amount for march-april 2016 was rs.4558.69/- and the bill date is 03/05/2016 and due date was 13/05/2016. I have paid the bill on 11/05/2016 through"paytm". My payment reference number is[protected]
However in the present bill dated 04/07/2016 an amount of rs.39.72/- was charged as late payment charges.
Kindly clarify why the amount has been charged and refund the money.
Dgvcl customer care contacted me twice and without resolving the issue they closed the complaint.
This is the third time i am writing to rectify the issue.
I will proceed to consumer court if the same issue is not resolved and the case is closed without any resolution.
Need your intervention to resolve the case.

I received call on the same day, and i told the cc not to close the case and he was insisting me to go to the eb office to reslove the case even after explaining him my inability to take leave for one day to get the solution. He inturn refuse to raise the call to his senior executives and told me we will get back to you.
Bu unfortunately 10 days later i. E., on 15.08.2016 i received sms stating complaint is resolved.
I am fed up with the followup with dgvcl guys as they are just contacting the customer and entering their case is closed.
I need justice in this regard.

I entered incomplete consumer number and the amount got debited from my account in Kotak. The billing amount debited in 2900. I want my money to get refunded.My account number is [protected]. My consumers reference number is [protected].
