Dear sir
I received dgvclbill no 1/7217 in which they have mentioned current solar unit reading 7803. And they deducted 699 unit from my consumed unit of 2941. They charged us for 2242 units.
At the same time i received their second bill no.1/7218 in which they have mentioned previous reading as 8333 (How this is i did not understand).
They mentioned current reading 9379.

So total 1576 units dgvcl office has to give me credits.
Current reading on dt 26 june 19 was 9379. And previous reading was 7104 as per their deta. (Invoice no 1/7217).
So total 2275 unit has to be credited in my bill. But they give credit of only 699 units.
I have submitted complain to dgvcloffice on 3/7/19.
Visited your office on 9/7/19.
But the person said you will receive letter.
Please help me to resolve my problem.

I have a doubt that there is some fault in meter or wiring from meter and I have complained about it online by mail to dgvcl but still i didnt got any resolution, first bill came was about 1700 then second was 7000 then third was 5000 and now its 8000, what the hell is this please provide me the resolution authorities. We are not money plant.
