Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company [Dgvcl] — Overcharging Electricity Bill (DGVCL)

My complaint is about overcharging bill. The bill amount has increased since last two months, The Government employ who come for Reading units (checking the usage ) didn't even looked at meter and took reading by Guess. This is wrong and i think DGVCL has made a mistake. The regular bill we receive is between[protected] rupees but this time we received 5899 rupees bill even when we are using less electronic devices. 2000 rupees fluctuation is too high. We need a good explaning answer from DGVCL. Otherwise we are going to consumer court.
