I had on 10.10.2021 inadvertantly made payment of ₹33080 thru Amazon pay you as against the actual bill of ₹3325.02 of my power consumtion bill of Consumer No.[protected]. I sent a mail to [protected]@gebmail.com, following up with 3-4 more mails. There was only one response inquiring about the name of sub-division. I had sent a complaint to Ankleshwar Town Sub-division office next day. But till date I have not received the refund which at present is more than ₹27000 after deducting the amount of next bill. I do not understand what problem is dgvcl facing in refunding the amount with daily cash flow of lakhs of rupees.-u.h.marfatia
