Dear sir / madam,

My self kartik and i am leaving at 803, leela tower, namda road, vapi.

I am leaving on rent house.

I received electricity bill for 503 unit for month apr - may '2018..

In fact i check meter reading & its shown 243 unit only.

Now customer care person guide to go at dgvcl office vapi and correct it.

Is it my fault?? Why i take leave and go to dgvcl office??

If dgvcl person made mistake then why can't it should be corrected from dgvcl side.

Pls understand why people angry on government office because your service is really pathetic.

From past 5-6 months I am getting electricity bill worth unbelievable amount. This is sudden rise. I want to get check my meter box. From where can I get this done. Please provide proper process. And will I get refund for this amount?
