Das Appliance — No service after amc

Dear sir,

I have entered into an annual maintenance contract to maintain my chimney in the month of july 2016. Name of the company is das appliance, 139 bt road dunlop, kolkata 108 phone no. [protected]/[protected]

I have paid an amount of rs.1200/-on 31.7.2016. Since that day neither these people are responding to my call nor have they sent any person to attend the chimney.

After a long wait and repeated phone calls and follow ups i am being forced to approach your goodself.
Kindly help. I am enclosing the details of the service contract for your kind attention.
