After a long wait and repeated phone callas and follow ups I am being forced to approach your goodself.

Dear Sir,

I have entered into an ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT to maintain my Chimney in the month of July 2016. I have paid an amount of Rs.1200/-on 31.7.2016. Since that day neither these people are responding to my call nor have they sent any person to attend the chimney.

Kindly help. I am enclosing the details of the service contract for your kind attention.
