DBRAU Agra — Exam fees not refunded yet

With due respect I beg to say that I'm student of your BBA/BCA faculty and just gave my 6th semester exams last month.
From this year onwards our examination fee is being charged online through university portal even when we already paid our exam fee through DD in Respect of "Principal RBS college Agra"
Exam fee of 5th and 6th semster is 1770(DECEMBER 2020) +1900(May 2021) respectively
Our Dean Dr Nidhi Agrwal confessed us that our Exam fee will refund to us shortly and its been almost a year but there is not any action taken by them
This is my humble request to u from all my batchmates that please look forward regarding this subject and help us yo our exam fee back ie ₹3600
This will help us a lot financially.
