This is Pooja From Faridabad. I am really disappointed by the process Dealshare follows to handle their customer problems.
I have one order dated 28.8.2022 amount Rs.610 in which there are 2 items one is Fortune Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil amounting Rs.316 (Order Id is DS[protected] and second item is Fortune Soyabean Refined Oil amounting Rs. 294 (Order Id is DS[protected]. The payment is already made online and this order is still undelivered to me but it was showing delivered in my Dealshare app.
I have already filed a complaint regarding this on 3.9.2022 and today is 14.09.2022 and ultimately there is no action taken against my issue. I have been continuing following up them over calls, mail as well.
From more than 20 days I have been chasing them like a mad person and they treat their customers in the worst way !!
Their staff's behaviour is very rude, irritated and worse because they have now started a new trick as they called me just to show that they care about their customers but no one listens to me puts my calls on hold every time and then just disconnects the call. Their executive members behaviour repeat the same lines every time by saying that they are working on it and gave us some time. But nothing progress is there !!
One of their Customer executives even confirms to me that my product was wrongly delivered to another customer by one of their delivery boy named Rohit Kumar, they also gave me the contact no. [protected] which is not working and it is switched off till date. Even after all this confirmation they neither delivering my products to me nor refund my money of Rs.610.This is very irritating and frustrating now !!
