Deep Cargo Packers & Movers — Non receipt of payment slips and bills

I, Lt Col Mayank Sharma have, shifted my house hold items from Ashok Vihar, Delhi to Pachmarhi cantt on 21 Sep 21. For this I paid Rs 36830/- by paytm UPI id[protected] on 21Sep 21, Rs 1000/- as advance vide UPI id[protected] on 16th Sep 21 and balance amount of Rs 11000/- in cash to Mr Deepak. Now when it has passed 1 month, He is neither giving me receipt of payment nor picking up my calls nor replying to the messages.
Kindly help me as I have all pics of the documents as prrofs to support my allegations on
