I had requested quotes from many companies for relocating my house hold items and bike from noida to bangalore. I, then, selected deep cargo packers & movers(Office: 611, rangpuri, mahipalpur, near tata telco new delhi-37
Warehouse: plot no.54, b-block, rangpuri extn, new delhi-37). The company executives came to my place in noida(B-225, sector-26, noida) and packed/moved my items on 29th feb, 2016. I was given assurance that i will get the items in 7-8 days. Its been 15 days that i am running behind them but getting no answer. Request you to intervene and take necessary action.

Damaged refrigerator and Electric cooker received. Bike clutch lever was also damaged. Very poor service.

Invertor battery was carried without packing. I was told initially that battery water will be taken out before packing. But when i received the battery in Bangalore, it was unpacked covered with dust and scratches. Dont trust these people and their company as they are small in scale and dont have their own big container trucks.
