Defence — Not inter in flight

Sir, My flight booked on 31 Dec 21 in G8 704 from Kolkata to Jaipur, I was reported to flight 19 gate before take off 16 minute before. But, your staff has not been permitted to inter the flight. Flight take off time was 3:15 pm and I was reported at 02:59pm. Your staff not behaved politely, I was late because train stopped from Ranaghat Junction. I decided to do not book in your flight in future.
