Deja - Vu Trends — Not refunded the Money for cancelled Product

I had ordered a Samsung 16 GB MicroSD Pro Class 10 Memory Card and paid them Rs 1342.67 on Jan 15th 2014 . i waited a month and they had not delivered the product despite again and again reminding, at the end i fed up and cancelled the order on Feb 19th 2014. They put the order status on hold and when i mailed them for refund after almost a month they said it is under process. Now it may month and still there is no response from them after writing dozens of mails to them. Kindly do something to get our money back. They are cheating the customers like that.
