I applied for a panama cdc through these guys, so called ankur sharma the owner of this fraudulent firm, delhi academy of merchant navy on 19th june after and gave them an amount of 32, 000 rs on 20th june 2017, they never applied for a cdc, after pressurising them they applied for the cdc on the 24th of july and my cdc was delivered to them through caster institute of marine engg edu, which is a reputable firm. And till today 6th sept my cdc has not been delivered to me, that is after 5 weeks. He would not answer my calls and has blocked me on whatsapp and calls. Called from different numbers and he disconnects my calls after knowing its me. It is a very important document and dont know why is he hogging on to it. I have all the chats and emails related to this as proofs.
