Requested Jal Board to replace meter, but not done on the plea "meters unavailab le". 7..Under orders of Information Commission, the meter changed by Jal Board[protected]; 8. The meter installed by Jal Bd. is the one manufactured by Dixit Company runs fast; 9. Still the reading from[protected] to[protected] was only 90 KL - average 10 K.L/month; 10. Department to calculate @ actual average, which we are prepared to pay and not abnormal charges claimed as arrear.
