Sir We have received Message from Delhi Jal Board of my New Connection Application[protected] and My KNO is ([protected]) and bill payment last date is 26-Dec-2015, Sir last few days i'm not in town so i'm back 26 Dec, and next is sunday so i'm going on monday delhi jal board Sultan Puri, and submit our connection charged Rs 10, 700, but Delhi Jal board not revived my connection charged, and saying your connection file is not valid, you submit new files documents, I request to officer please submit my connection charged but he forced fully throw me outside. sir I have KNO is please Help me...

Delhi Jal Board customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We are facing the same problem. For the last few months I have been receiving higher water bills against K.No.[protected]. Earlier bill was of very less amount as consumption being 20 units only. Now suddenly the units have moved up by double i.e. more than 40 units.
Thus consumption is shown 20 units more than the actual one.
Please look into the same and take proper action
