Sir, We have submitted a complaint vide our Complaint dated 02/02/15 which has been acknowledged vide their diary no. 32 on 02/02/15 reg; incorrect Bill amount of Rs 3455.88 Bill dated 23/01/15 of Delhi Jal Board and followed them on tel ph. But till date no redressal has been made to our complaint. We are facing rigorous problem i9n resolving the matter and seek your intervention to resolve the same. Thx. Dear Sir,

In spit of my regular follow-up, my Bill dated 14/04/15 has not been corrected.

The Complaint has been submitted on 02/02/15 vide diary no 32 &amp; 27/04/15.

Pls help.
