Delhi Jal Board — Non adjustment of payment

This is in connection with the amount of rs. 4500 / - deposited on 05 / 03 / 2013 with djb office at paschim vihar in cash on account of mutation of k no. [protected] in the name of babita kumari. The mutation was made as requested but the amount deposited (Mutation fee 100 / - + water advance 1000 / - + occupier security 250 / - + adhoc water charges 3150 = total 4500 / - ) . A receipt of the same was issued but till date the amount does not reflect in the records of djb till date and bills being raised by djb still shows the last payment made on 26 / 09 / 2012 of rs 1478. 42 and even in the latest bill sent to me in april 2015 no adjustment have been made from above mentioned amount deposited and late payment charges are being levied without checking the payment records inspite of my several verbal and written complaints to concerned authorities within last one and a half year for the same. I am surprised that how a govt deptt, after issuing a receipt of receiving cash can avoid to update their accounts even after several with proof requests unless there is some. . .
