Received SMS on 30/11/20 to deposit bill amount in 3 days. There was no previous information. While logging on to DJB site & retrieving bill, the period included 3/9/20 to 16/10/20, i.e. 43 days for consumption of 30 units and DJB could not provide bill or information of bill from 16/10/20 to 30/11/20, i.e. in 45 days, amazing. What a game Delhi Govt is playing.
Some personnel of L& T came on 18/11/20 to check whether meter is working or not and noted reading as 744 and on 16/10/20 reading shown as 725. How you take reading and for what period, only you know it. How consumption can decrease of daily 120 ltrs though we have not decreased consumption of water in all areas it is used. It should be ideally 30 days reading but you are doing on what basis only you know.
