For about 8 months, water supplied by delhi jal board is extremely dirty and smelling. we are falling ill and have lost all patience now. our routine life is disturbed because of this. i and my family is not getting the basic necessity of life. kindly help, its a matter of emergency now. i have made several complaints during the last 8 months on customer care number 1916 and before this there was another customer care number. when i make complaint on customer care number 1916, i get message that your water problem will be resolved in 3-4 days. and we get good water for one to two days and thereafter, we get dirty, foul smelly water supply. and again we have to make complaint on customer care number 1916. and we get good water supply after 3-4 days for only one or two days and thereafter we get dirty, foul smelly water supply for a week. this matter is going for the last 8 months. i request the concerned jal board officers to kindly look into the matter so that we get constant good drinking water supply.
