Delhi Jal Board — very erratic water supply

I stay in HL-30, FF, Anand Vihar, 'L' Block, Hari nagar, New Delhi - 110064. Water supply to this area is very erratic in general but for the last 4 days, there is hardly any water available. There is no water at all in the evening hours and in the morning, it just trickles. All the residents have complained to the RWA and their answer is that the the Delhi Jal Board officials are not responding most of the times. Now they say that some pipe line has burst near sports complex Hari nagar and the work is going on for the past 3 days. Please help the residents to get the water at least for one hour each in the morning and evening. Regards. S S Bakshi [protected]

This is in the Refrence to K no. [protected] in the name of Mr. Manmohan Singh and its regarding the shocking huge amount of r 31865/- which was delivered at my address with a threatening notice of disconnection.
I am a retired senior citizen of 66yrs and more over heart patient with Bypass surgery. It is not possible for me to pay such a huge amount and moreover we were not using the water since the last 8yrs as the water was contaminated and foul smelling a hazardous and Unhealthy. All the complaints were unheard and unattended in the previous years and we have to get our storage water tank so many time in the past years.This picture suddenly changed after the formation of the new Govt. as huge bill was imposed on me with notice at a very short spam of time and all the bills were calculated on average basis as there was lot of dust on the meter. I recently replaced the meter observing the clean water is supplied.I have all the intentions to pay the bill and resume the water provided but Kindly look into the matter and find an appropriate solution for the bill raised!
