We were getting water bill from djb on line since dec. 16 to nov. 2017 with proper reading. Suddenly one bill from dec. 16 to nov. 17 received with reading 407 for 326 days amounting to rs. 30, 427.12
After that we are receiving bill without meter reading but with a very heavy lpsc charges.

We find out water meter faulty and requested you to please change with same and issue fresh bill without lpsc charges to enable us make payments for the same.

Kindly change the faulty water meter new KNo. [protected] and not getting meter reading since Dec. 2017 onward and delete the lpsc charges for the same.

    Dear sir,
    Most respectfully i beg to state that water is not coming properly in some part of d block, jasola pocket 11. It is required to install new pipe line like c block.
    Some day darty water coming for 1 min and rest not at all.

    My complaint no. 2590 dated 27/08/2018 given to dda executive engineer at sarita vihar. Dda now saying to contact delhi jal board. Djb said pipeline is not our scope now, tanker supplying whatever possible.

    Some people of d block like me not getting any water and life is being dangerous

    From past one month we are suffering from supply of dirty/sewer line water for drinking purpose and we had complained several time on delhi jal board helpline . We are paying so much of water bills which is for a waste water. We also called J.E.of Delhi Jal Board he is not picking up the call. We request to solve the problem as soon as possible.

      Since last 6 months water supply is badly affected in the block g specially house number 62-60 (Six houses), kalkaji. The water comes once in 2-3 days with very low pressure. The timings are also not fixed. One has to get up every hour for checking water supply.
      Also one boring was done in g block, kalkaji but has not been connected till date. Djb cant provide water what else it can do. Higher authorities should look into the matter and do the needful as summers are approaching and it becomes unbearable without water.

        Dear sir,

        We are facing so much problem of water supply in ab-block, shalimar bagh, delhi-110088
        Actually there is up-gradation of water supply line going on in our block.
        But the problem starts after yesterday morning, as yesterday water supply was so less & today till this time we are not having a single drop of water in our block.
        Sir, you can very well understand life without water in these hot days & moreover at age of 55-60 years.
        We made a complaint on 1916 helpline, but we found them helpless, they people are only to register the complaint instead of telling us any concrete solution
        It is humble request with folded hands to you please look into this matter & solve it urgently. We will be highly obliged to you.

        Sir,
        The main water line leakage near pocket -A SFS flat Mayur Vihar phase 3 East Delhi, wastage of water from yesterday.
        Please do something fast .
        There is heavy leakage in water pipeline of DJB near Govt. Girls Sr. Sec. School and the water is coming continuously from the pipeline. Please resolve.
        The Sewer is full and it has already been 3 days I have filed the complaint.
        The water smell a lot and Pooty is coming out of Sewer and the canals are also full but nobody is ready to work on this and my family is facing lot of issues due to this.

          Please note that no one is staying in c - 177 west patel nagar and also i have submitted the photos of metre reading which is showing the consumption of water is not consuming there.
          I have made a complaint on 22/3/2019
          Registered in dairy number 5644 but no action taken by them. Inspite of them i am regularly getting disconnection notice.
          I request you to kindly look into the matter and do needful.

            Yesterday dated 30- apr-2019 at late night in e-2-2-33 sector 15 rohini delhi 110089. Meter was installed in ground floor. We are residing in ground floor.               There is no/very less water supply in my lane, we already filed complaint many times in Rohini Sec -5 Delhi Jal board office but nothing has been done so far.
              Earlier there were no such issues but we are facing the same for last 15-20 days. Its really tough to survive without water in summers.

              Please look into the matter at the earliest and do the needful.

                      Subject : Wrong Bill issued to me. against K.No.[protected] in the name of Divesh Kumar
                      Dear Sir,
                      You/DJB not made the correct bill for the period from 19.04.2017 to 31.03.2018. Anyone of your office didnot come at my home in the F.Y.2017-18. The bill for the period from 19.04.17 to 28.10.17 were made on fabricated/estimated basis. I have no idea about these bills. I knew about these bills on today i.e. 29.04.2019, when I login in my online DJB account.
                      I had sent my son to your Burari Office for billing taking the photograph of my meter (reading was 627) on 11.4.18. He had been told by the DJB, Burari, that the DJB would send a person to your home for meter reading. Anybody did not come at my home. I had again sent my son on 05.05.18 taking the picture shot of reading ie. was 637 for billing of your Burari Office. He had been replied like the previous one. Finally, I had sent my son on 16.05.18 taking the picture shot of meter ie. was 642 unit for billing. Lastly the wrong/fabricated bill was made by Burari DJB Office. My previous and current meter reading was average 14-15 unit per month. The bill was made for zero value taking the reading as 538 unit as on 15.03.2018/bill date 15.03.2018. I have no cared about the bill because bill was zero valued. But on 29.06.2018 the meter reader from DJB came at my home and made taking the current reading ie was 666 unit minus 538 = 128 unit for 106 days for Rs. 3305. The bill shown average monthly consumption of 36 Unit. That is the wrong/fabricated bill. From the beginning to till date, my average monthly consumption is 14-15 unit. On taking the average basis the reading becomes 620 unit (approx) upto 31.03.2018. I have already complained about this vide receipt no. 3516 dated 12.10.18. After that I had gone 3 time to know about the concern of Burari DJB Office. But I have not received any response till date. After that, the bills were made 4 times and after applying the late fee/penalty the current outstanding bill shown Rs. 4218.
                      So, you are requested to correct the bill. taking the actual reading on correct time. I know that Burari DJB Office has not any picture shot of meter reading for the FY-2017-18, because they did not come anytime at my home and made the bills on estimated/fabricated basis.

                        Our k no is - [protected]. Till july 2018 we have been receiving rs0 water bill. Then suddenly after that we started receiving water bill which became increasing month by month. We have installed a proper meter from past many years. We never receive our water bills.only msg came on mobile phone. On downloading the bill from your site i found no meter reading is mentioned over there. Sir we use water within the capacity that is mentioned free by the govt. Still we are getting unnecessary bills. Either the meter reading is not taken properly or meter is too fast or any other cause . As since past 3-4 years our bill was always 0 rs. And we are using it the same way even today. Plz its a request to look into the matter as we as a citizen have right to avail the services provided by govt .

                          It is submitted that sir i am residence of house no. 315, mangla puri, phase-1, gali no.-4, palam, new delhi. Sir i regular payment for delhi jal board. Sir i am working in border security force, cgo compelx block no. 10, new delhi as assistance sub inspector (Ministerial) since 2011. Sir being a solider i am always helpful to the people of nation. Sir i am always sincere for my job.

                          Sir, my plea is that near about my home i. E. House no. 311 to house no. 319 and between house no. 239 to 248, the drinking water is not supply. As per my earlier grievance, your statement that the drinking water is available daily between 5:30 to 9:00 am. Sir i agree with you but sir the some portion near my house at street no. 4 i. E. House no. 311 to 319 and 239 to 248, the drinking water could not be supply due to weak pressure of water/shortage of time to supply of water. Sir i and my neighboring struggle lot of problem. Sir i occasionally purchase water to pay sum of rs.400/- for 1000 letter.

                          Sir, in view of above, i request to you or direct your staff to visit the said palace and find out the facts. Sir i request to solve the same problem. Sir if you direct joint the water supply line installed near my house to the main line situated at main road then we get sufficient pressure to get drinking water pleas sir.

                            Recently received bill. For kno: [protected]. For period of 2 months (23-feb-2019 to 22-apr-2019).
                            As per bill total water consumption is 28kl which is within free and permissible limits (2 x 20 =40kl).
                            But we still received the bill for rs. 400 on name of meter security charges adjustment.

                            Can you please let me know what are these charges for? It is neither a new connection.

                              I have made complaint so many times but no one is hearing. From last 2 months DJB water supply is dirty and full of sewer water in Street no. 3 East Gorakh Park, Shahdara, delhi-32. It's very difficult to survive now. Please check in the aspect immediately otherwise we have to complaint in ministry level as no one have came to resolve our problem till now.

It is very difficult to manage our household chores on daily basis owing to our duty timings which is 24 hours duty.                                   I beg to say that we are receiving inadequate and poor quality water supply everyday. The quality of water supply is degrading everyday. We are receiving less and dirty water everyday and which is not for any thing beacuse its very smell cant use drinking, cooking and bathing. The quality of the water supply has also degraded. This water is no longer considered as a safe drinking water. Diseases like diarrhea, dysentery and cholera may break out at any time.

                                  So, I request you to look into this matter seriously and make and slove the issue because water is basic need for life.

                                    I would like to complain about the quality of water that we are getting. First of all we have to get up late night to get the water and from past 3 weeks the water has foul (Sewage like) smell and it has muddy like colour and sometimes even black. We will run out of water really soon.
                                    Its not only about us most of the people near us getting the water of same quality.
                                    I would request you to take action really soon as water is the most essential part. Please come and check the quality of water as its really crucial situation

                                      Delhi Jal Board customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I am residence of Trilok Puri Block 03 and my address is 3/388 Trilok puri delhi-110091, there is very dirty water(drain water) supply in our area, which is not any use, kindly regsister my complaint and solve the issue. all the pepole of my area are very disturb due to not supply of water properly.
                                      Due to contacter fault sewer water coming in my home and after filed a complaint, no one is helr to resolve.
