I Akhil Nanda, (Current Owner) Residence address of S-2/189, 2nd Floor, Old Mahavir Nagar, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi- 110018 and My K.No. is [protected]..The connection name is already registered with the name of Manju Aggarwal..
With reference to the above said complaint ID [protected] Dated- 08/06/2015 which is not resolved of till the date. My complaint regarding is wrong bill generated from last 2 times, I have been provided the wrong bill one of the month of March which have been online paid by me Dated 06/04/2015 and second bill has been generated month of may, with reason mentioned on both bills as Premises lock..
Sir It is inform to you that both bills are wrong due to reason is your executive (meter reader) were not come to the our premises for note the meter reading from last few months.. Kindly note that my previous bills since last five years were only of Rs. 150/- to 200/- approx. but I was really shocked about last 2 bills which is above Rs. @ 850/-Approx. which is very much exceed amount according to my previous bills.
Sir, again I request to you kindly resolved my complaint at earliest and do the needful at your end and oblige.. For your Knowledge my current meter reading is 33 units only.
