I traveled in root no. 720 from laxmi nagar to krishi bhawan. As per details available on the ticket the bust is from dichaon kalan depot - i. The registration no. And rout no. Is dl 1p d 2683 / 720 up.
On vikas marg, the driver was driving the bus in a very dangerous/ rash manner. He accelerating the speed even in the heavy traffic on the road and taking sudden & hard brake. The passengers in the bus were falling on each other. I my self also hurt with shoulder injury. I requested the conductor to ask the driver to drive the bus softly. He answered it is up-to driver only and he has nothing to do with this.
On reaching near krishi bhawan stant i requested the driver to drive the bus gently, but he was very arrogant and replied that i will drive as i wish, you may complain wherever you want. I also noticed that he was listening music from mobile by putting earphone in his ears, he was not in dress, conductor was also not in dress.
I request the authorities concerned, to take appropriate action in the matter so that the good reputation of delhi transit is not malign and safety of passengers are also not compromised.
