Delhi University — delay in uploading hra documents by finance cell

Dear sir,

I am research scholar at department of sociology, delhi school of economics, university of delhi. I am continuing my mphil research and my hra from april 2019 to june' 2019 is still pending.

I have submitted all the papers regarding hra in scholarship cell, du.

The scholarship gets disbursed timely, but every-time problem (Delay in uploading hra documents) is caused by the hra (Finance) cell, due to scarcity of staff.

To add to your notice, i have registered a written complaint in the log book/ copy at the hra cell. However, two weeks have passed, but no measures have been implemented from university end.
