When I revisited the link again and clicked on the Make payment...The payment automatically went through and then showed me the acknowledgement slip for transcript receipt and downloaded. So please revisit the link and try to click on the Make Payment. Hopefully, it resolves or you need to contact Delhi University

Updated by psingh85 Complaint resolved, when revisited and clicked the Make Payment link ...It showed as payed and downloaded the acknowledgement slip for transcript.
