To whom it may concern,
My name is Harsh Bataan and I took admission in Kalindi College, east patel nagar in 2018 which is affiliated under your university. On 1st December 2020 I tried to submit the annual fees (for 3rd year) through net banking (payment done through EAZYPAY ICICI BANK) But there was some problem, the amount was debited from my account but I didn't got any acknowledgement for the same. Though on 8th December 2020, I tried again and submitted the amount successfully. I have already written to many prescribed email ids and even called up the university but no one gave me any information. The information that I received from my bank was that there is a case of double payment and I should reach out to the university itself. Now I request for refund of the double payment of the fees. I am therefore enclosing some information of the same and i hope for the refund of the amount as soon as possible.
