Delhi University — refund of misconline fee

I had paid for misconlone fee for verification of my graduation degree and statement of marks.
Now i am unable to get the money in form of refund as i paid double times due to failure shown.
So i registered with a new id and deposited the fee.
Now the failed attempts show success and i want to cancel them hence please solve the problem.

I study this in SOL My payment has been done in the website of MPH GYM due to this reason I should return my fees
