Delhi University — related to refund

I have cancelled my admission on[protected] and still i haven't received my refund. It is almost going to complete 4 months, please help and confirm when my problem will be resolve.
Lot of time my friend contact to college department where has cancellation fee slip submitted, and slip taker said ' your refund rs12002 will come in one or maximum two month.
